Category: Branding, Logo Design, Logo Animation, Photography, Videography
Summary: The Gadsden County Supervisor of Elections (Kenya Ponder Williams) is responsible for administering elections, maintaining voter records, and ensuring fair, transparent, and accessible voting for residents of Gadsden County. This project coincided with the election of a new Supervisor of Elections, marking a transition in leadership and an opportunity to modernize the office’s public-facing identity and communications.
Issue: I'm Kenya Ponder Williams recognized the need to modernize the Supervisor of Elections office brand to better reflect its role as a trusted, transparent, and accessible public institution. The existing visual identity and communications lacked consistency and did not fully convey the professionalism, integrity, and community engagement essential to maintaining public confidence in the electoral process.

Approach: We led a comprehensive brand refresh for the office, developing a cohesive visual identity for updated communication materials designed to clearly inform and engage voters. This included refined branding elements and purpose-driven visuals that emphasized trust, clarity, and accessibility, while ensuring the look and feel remained appropriate for a nonpartisan government office. Every element was designed to support public understanding and reinforce confidence in the elections process.

Results: The refreshed brand brought clarity and consistency to the office’s public communications and established a polished, recognizable identity across platforms. The updated visuals improved public engagement, strengthened the office’s professional presence, and provided a sustainable framework the office could continue using to communicate effectively with the community.
